People-centered solutions for
learning, leadership and change
For 20+ years I've built and led learning, leadership, and change efforts inside mining, healthcare, insurance, and financial services — environments where the content is dense, the stakes are real, and "engaging" usually isn't in the budget. I make it work anyway, and I prove it with numbers.
You don't need another generalist L&D vendor. You need someone who's done this inside a regulated, technical, or resistant environment before — and has the track record to prove it.
You have a go-live date. What you don't have is a plan for the resistance, confusion, and productivity dip that shows up the week after launch.
Dense, regulated content that has to be accurate, auditable, and actually absorbed — not just clicked through.
Skepticism, past change fatigue, or a culture that's gone quiet. You need someone who can hold that room without losing it.
You don't need a full-time senior hire — you need senior-level capacity for a defined stretch of time.
Every engagement is scoped to a real business event, with a defined shape: what it is, how long it runs, and what you walk away with.
Embedded, ongoing partnership — needs assessments, program design, stakeholder facilitation, and coaching, delivered the way an internal senior practitioner would, on a defined weekly or monthly cadence.
Ongoing · monthly retainer · quarterly scope reviewProsci-based change planning, stakeholder readiness, communication design, and manager enablement built around your actual go-live date — not a generic change curriculum.
6–16 weeks · fixed-scope project · tied to your timelineRedesign of dense, regulated, or technical content into training that's accurate, auditable, and actually retained — the same approach that led MSHA auditors to recognize 5 of 8 annual refresher-training sessions I helped design.
4–10 weeks · fixed-scope project · deliverable-basedA structured cohort program — not a one-off workshop — that builds real leadership capability for people managing others for the first time, with practice, feedback, and follow-through built in.
Cohort-based · 8–12 week cadence · repeatable per cohortICF-trained, one-on-one coaching with a defined cadence and outcome — most often paired with one of the engagements above, not sold as a standalone open-ended service.
12-week engagement · biweekly sessions · defined outcomesFormal training paired with two decades of doing the actual work, inside the actual organizations.
"When I had a need for someone who could bring both deep learning design expertise and genuine energy to the work, Elizabeth was the person I thought of. She didn't disappoint... when the opportunity came to work with her again, I took it."
"Elizabeth brought fresh ideas, skills and energy into a very resistant, stiff and hesitant environment... we consistently received verbal reports and affirmations about the forward progress that was happening."
"Elizabeth was very creative when it came to presenting insurance regulatory information — which most people would consider boring — in a fun and exciting way."
"What sets her apart is her ability to embed learning directly into the flow of work — ensuring it's not just inspiring in the moment, but sustainable and actionable long term."
I've spent over 20 years inside organizational development, leadership consulting, and instructional design — most of it in industries where "engaging training" sounds like a contradiction: mining and heavy industry, healthcare, financial services, and insurance regulation.
I got the nickname "Woohoo Generator" because I bring real energy into rooms that don't expect it — resistant nursing units, dense regulatory content, supervisor cohorts who've sat through a dozen forgettable trainings. The energy isn't the strategy. It's what happens after the strategy is sound.
I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Avila University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University, and I'm a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and ICF-trained Leadership Coach.
